Website terms

Demonstration catalogue

Concept products, illustrations and prices do not establish stock, verified performance, a binding quotation or an offer to accept payment.

Supply and services

An enquiry does not create an order. Engagements require separate agreement on specifications, scope, availability, price, tax, delivery and responsibilities.

Suitability

Assess material and equipment suitability for the actual application. This website does not guarantee licences, certification, medical effects, yields, returns or environmental performance.

The shop supports demonstration orders and manual EFT. All R1,000 prices are placeholders, not confirmed offers. Do not transfer funds until Hempsphere confirms the final quotation, availability and collection or delivery terms. No automatic fulfilment is promised. Use the contact page for clarification.
