We are building a carefully selected network of manufacturers, growers, processors and distributors for Hempsphere’s materials and equipment catalogue. Tell us what you can reliably supply.
What we are sourcing
- Industrial hemp fibre, hurd, textiles, bedding and building materials.
- General horticultural supplies, water systems and measurement instruments.
- Packaging, production equipment and technical support.
- Contract processing, sample preparation and finished products.
We assess every offering individually. A supplier enquiry does not create a listing, approved-supplier status, purchase order or exclusivity agreement.
Send a useful supplier introduction
- Your business: trading/legal name, website, country, contact person and whether you manufacture, import or distribute.
- The products: names/SKUs, actual specifications, intended use, selling units, pack sizes and current photographs you have permission to share.
- Availability: quantities available, stock location, minimum orders, production/replenishment lead times and the date of your stock information.
- Commercial terms: trade prices and currency, VAT/tax treatment, price validity and quantity tiers. State what freight, packing and handling are included.
- Fulfilment: packed dimensions/weights, collection options, direct-to-customer dispatch capability and expected dispatch time.
- Product support: relevant batch/test documents, traceability, warranty, returns, spares and technical support.
- Website use: confirm whether we may use your approved specifications, brand and photographs, and how stock/price changes will be communicated.
For regulated goods, planting material or specialist applications, identify the applicable authorisations and product documents. Please send an initial summary first; we will agree an appropriate route for confidential documents. Do not put identity documents, bank credentials or proprietary formulas in the enquiry form.
How onboarding works
Introduction → product and document review → samples or technical discussion where needed → commercial and fulfilment agreement → approved listing. We currently review and manage listings ourselves; this is not an open, self-service seller marketplace.
Our first discussion should establish an offer we can deliver accurately, with clear responsibilities for stock, dispatch, customer support and returns.
